Tonight we wanted to try a restaurant that we have heard a lot about. Bella's Fresh Mexican Grill in North Ogden. This restaurant is owned by Joe Cottam, and family. He is cousins to my sister in law, Erin, and our cancer buddy, Reiss, and his mom Amber. I know, it's a little confusing! Amber texted them beforehand and gave them a heads up we were coming. When Reiss was on steroids, Bella's chips and salsa was one of his favorite things to eat. He had a never ending supply of it, and if Bella's heard he was getting low they would meet him at clinic that next week with a bag of chips, and a gallon of salsa!

If I remember right, Reiss would drink the salsa, he loved it so much!

Who needs chips when

I would have to agree with you Reiss! Those chips and salsa were delicious!!

Presley and Crew loved them too!

Paul and I shared a plate of brisket fajitas. Best fajitas I have ever had! Then, they brought out strawberry lemonade and guacamole for us to enjoy. Dinner was great! The meal was on the house, we didn't expect that. What a treat! As we left, we were handed a big bag of chips and salsa. Yummy! Thanks so much Joe and Don! We feel so blessed because of so many people. We can now add Bella's to our list of people who have been so generous to us. Thank you again!
