We got a to go breakfast from the Ice Cream Palace and headed to Magic Kingdom.
We saw Minnie again..we had to get another picture! Minnie is my all time favorite! I love the polka dots, the pink, the red, her cute yellow shoes, they way she walks and talks. Minnie is my favorite!
We saw Jasmine and rode the magic carpet ride again.
then headed over to ... to see Woody and Jessie. There was that magic again..following us! Everyone thought the kids looked so cute!
We did the Prince Charming's Carousel ride together.
Then we saw Princess Aurora and Cinderella in the Princess Fairytale Hall.
Next was another outfit change. Today was the day Presley got to eat lunch with the princesses. Presley changed into her Snow White dress and we kissed the boys good bye. We went to the Castle and walked around in Cinderella's castle. Presley was giddy. We ran into the fairy godmother! Magic was with us!
I made reservations the day we knew the dates for our trip. I was happy when they had one opening! We took it! 11:45am on Saturday to eat at Cinderella's Royal Table.
We checked in, and got a picture with Cinderella, then walked up the stair case to find our table. Everyone kept telling us we had the best seats in the castle. They were right. We had the perfect view on our table for 2!
We had the window seat over looking the carousel ride. We enjoyed a fancy lunch! Presley didn't eat much although that's not a huge surprise. Chemo makes her a light eater and pretty picky too. I would too if food tasted like metal. We had an appetizer, main dish and dessert.
Lunch was beyond perfect! I'm so glad we made this one reservation for Presley. In reality we could have skipped out on it, with the genie pass we were able to see all the characters. But this was something more magical. Being in the Castle, sitting down to eating at a fancy place, and being dressed as a princess was magical! I think all her dreams did come true!
Crew and Daddy found the Dumbo ride and a fun roller coaster for Crew. They did the roller coaster over and over. Crew had a few quite minutes and feel asleep in the stroller. So thankful we had our double stroller. Crew took naps in it often and it was just perfect. I was thankful for a nap today, today is our biggest park day yet!
We met back up with daddy, took a few pictures in front of the castle. The sun was bright and hot so not the best pictures. I also was not too happy that the crane was boomed up both times while were were at the Castle. I guess I need to learn photo shop!
We then took the monorail back to the parking lot. With 3-day hopper and 4 theme parks (Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios) at DisneyWorld..that meant we had to do a little hopping around! We spent the afternoon at Animal Kingdom.
Animal Kingdom
Another outfit change!
We got a few pictures as we entered the park and saw the Tree of Life. The trunk is 14 story's tall and has 325 animals carved into its trunk. Disney does it best!
We then did the Kilamanjaro Safaris first. This was one of our favorites. It was a great way to sit back and explore all the different animals found in Africa.
We saw some amazing animals
The girls then rode Kali River Rapids. This as a fun ride. A little intense and Presley had no fear. Glad we didn't get too wet. She might have had a different feeling about the ride had we gotten soaked like most of the riders on our boat. Presley wanted to do this one over and over!
Animal Kingdom is beautiful. Here is the Expedition Everest ride from a distance.
Paul and I took turns riding the "Everest" ride! Glad we did a few "Big Kid" rides. This ride a thrill ride! It has the biggest drop in the parks, with dark tunnles, and goind backwords. It was easy to take turns and ride, only with the genie pass.
Our last stop was to the Rain Forest Cafe for dinner.
Who knew that the "wish button" would get Presley's a fun drink and her meal on the house. We are so thankful for everyone who has treated us so good.
Back to the car, changed into jeans and sweatshirts!
We headed here one last time but this time it was during the evening hours.
This was our last day at Disney...we made the most of it! We spent the evening at Magic Kingdom. The genie pass got us great seats for the Light Parade. The kids loved seeing all the lights and characters. This was one of the "Must do's" for daddy. He remembered the light parade as a kid at Disneyland with his family.
As soon as the parade was over we weaved through the crowd to the rose garden. The genie pass got us entrance into the rose garden to watch the fireworks. AMAZING! The pre-show was great. The lights and songs and show that was projected onto the castle was amazing. We had tried to get reservations to a dessert bar that you could watch the fireworks with an unobstructed view and see Tinker Bell fly right over you. We were not able to get those reservations as it was full before we even knew the dates of our trip. The rose garden was perfect. An unobstructed view, not crowded!
The kids enjoyed the fireworks. Both were fast asleep before we left the park!
I had the same feelings during the firework show! Amazing that the word "Wish" is used so many times at Disney. It is so much more personal for us. I'm so glad you had an amazing time!
