Date Night

This weekend Paul and I celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary. Lucky Presley, she got to tag along. Daddy took us on the carriage ride around downtown SLC. Presley loves horses and was excited to get to go see the horses. After that we went to the Olive Garden for dinner. Presley loved going out to eat and all the mommy and daddy time. Our next stop was City Creek Mall. Each of us got to pick something out that we needed. Presley got Hello Kitty socks, daddy got fancy after shave and for me much needed moisturizer. The packaging on the box made the sale complete, even with the price tag! "Where there is hope there can be faith. Where there is faith miracles can occur." I seem to always have a mantra or a word that I repeat or think of often. HOPE and FAITH are a few of those words.
We had a great date night. Thankful for Presley feeling better and for a wonderful husband. I could not endure my heavy load without Paul by my side. He knows how to calm me down, he knows just what to say, and what not to say (the stinker in him). He's a great husband and father. I'm thankful to call him mine! I'm thankful for 7 years with him and HOPE for many more.
My heart has been so full this weekend, my family means so much to me. To feel complete I just need my little Crewbee. Presley will always be my reminder of strength and that we will be asked to do hard things in this life. Paul is my rock, and always has been. Crew reminds me daily to never give up. I will spend my life making sure my family knows that I love them, even my husband.  My world is crashed, my normal is not normal, my baby  has to endure hard things, life is fragile, family is much more important, slow to judgement, smile at each person you meet you don't know what struggles they are enduing.We ended the night with a little slow dancing in the living room. Best date I have been on in a LONG while!
