The smiles and laughs are starting to come back. Presley can sit up on her own! We can see major improvements everyday. I'm thankful that children are so resilient and have the desire to relearn. It is so hard to see your child lose skills that were once so easy. I have to just imagine what it use to be like and know that we will be there someday soon. So for today we celebrate the growth that we see each day. In the past I have taken for granted what a simple laugh or smile means. I often see mothers get so frustrated at their children for the silly, annoying things they do and I just wish I could share my story and hope they could see it the way I do. This past month has been so hard, one of the hardest is to see your child so lifeless. This last month; when Presley was so sick, so moody, hungry, couldn't walk, I wondered if we would ever have our sweet baby girl back. Each day we see glimpse of that sweet girl Presley, that everyone falls in love right away.
