Presley: all aboard

KBER 101 and Make-A-Wish invited us on a winter adventure to the North Pole!

We met at the radio station for check in, breakfast (thanks Chick-fil-a) and activities. We then loaded the tour buses and made our way to Park City. The kids loved being on the big bus, singing and talking with friends. We then stooped for lunch at the McDonald's in Park city.

Day after steroids... (and during steroids) I feel really sick..can you see it in my eyes?

15 mins later when the oxy kicked in.

What a difference a little pain meds will make her feel. So glad we did not forget to bring meds, knowing today was the first day off steroids. Those steroid withdrawals are hard for Presley. She was able to enjoy this day today! Thanks pain meds!

Back on the buses we were given our tickets needed to ride the North Pole Express, Heber Valley Railroad.

Then back on the buses headed to Soldiers Hollow

SANTA! We got our pictures with Santa and then got to pick out a toy! The kids were so excited. We told Crew that if he sat on Santa's lap he could pick out a toy! He sat on his lap with a smile on his face. Huge improvements from just a few weeks away...He would tell us "No Santa". We then enjoyed hot chocolate and cookies.
